in the past 24 hours ...

in no particular order...
- i fed a brand new baby calf
- i raked the lawn (which, if i can add, is not nearly as fun as the light fluffy leaves that get raked in the fall. in the spring the leaves/sticks have been pressed into the ground by the snow all winter and are quite content to stay where they are)
- i ate dessert first (chocolate waffles with vanilla ice cream... mmmm)
- i got a job for the fall
- i read some harry potter
- i drank 3 cups of coffee
- i mailed 2 postcards to some friends
- i slept for 8 hours
- i decided it's offically spring since i can walk outside in bare feet now
- i had a dream that my rail pass expired on me and i was left to walk from italy to paris
- i tried to play fetch with our puppy
- i made 3 long-distance phone calls and got voice mail instead of a person
- i decided which rail pass to buy so it wouldn't expire on me
- i sang happy birthday to my brother (off key, according to family tradition)
- i drove our four-wheeler really fast sans-helmet

and i wrote this random blog, which is the kind of thing i wouldn't spend my energy reading if i were you, but thanks.
