Safe, Sound and Summery

After nearly two full days of travel I am safe and sound and enjoying South African summer. It's strange to be back in here in some ways, yet in other the familiarity of this place is even more strange. Like the fact that I can navigate through a huge mall back to this very internet cafe after not having thought of it for eight months. It makes me wonder if I ever left this place, but yet I must have because our country partner's Geoff and Sarah's youngest son was an infant when I last saw him and now he is running on his own and starting to talk.
Bottom line, it's good to be back here.
