I just got back from a week in Abbotsford B.C. I went out as a volunteer for annual conference of the Mennonite Church of Canada, where I had the chance to work with twelve jr. Youth (ages 12-14) for three days and it was a blast.
I also had a chance to reconnect with some really great friends from my Abbotsford days. All in all it was a beautiful week, sunny, hot and the mountains were in their prime.
I am safe and sound at home now and feeling tired from travel, but encouraged and thankful that I had the chance to go.
